Safety and trust

We protect your identity, your heart and your wallet. Here is exactly how.

Our protections

Identity verification

Every member is asked for a selfie, which our team compares with their photos before the blue check appears.

Private photos

Your photos stay blurred until the interest is mutual.

Message screening

Messages asking for money, gift cards or crypto, or pushing you to another app, are flagged automatically.

Human moderation

Our team reviews every report within 24 hours.

Block and report

One tap from any conversation. The other person is never told who reported them.

Your data, your choice

Pause or delete your profile anytime. We never sell your personal information.

Recognize the warning signs

Be cautious if someone you haven’t met in person:

  • Asks for money, gift cards or cryptocurrency, for any reason.
  • Wants to move quickly to WhatsApp, Telegram or text messages.
  • Says they work overseas, on an oil rig or in the military.
  • Declares strong feelings very early.
  • Always has a reason to avoid a video call.
  • Tells a story about a sudden emergency or hardship.

First date tips

  1. Meet in a busy public place.
  2. Tell a friend where you’re going and with whom.
  3. Arrange your own transportation.
  4. Keep personal details, like your home address, private at first.
  5. Trust your instincts. You can leave at any time.
